Welcome to Efflore. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Efflore provides corporate gifting, bulk gifting, customized hampers, branded merchandise, welcome kits, festive gifts, food products, kitchenware, electronics, and related gifting solutions.

All corporate and bulk orders are subject to product availability, final quotation approval, advance payment, and confirmation of customization details. Bulk orders generally require up to 30 days for production and dispatch, depending on quantity, product selection, branding requirements, and delivery location.

Customers must provide accurate company details, billing information, shipping addresses, contact details, logo files, artwork, and customization instructions. Efflore will not be responsible for errors, delays, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

For customized orders, artwork, branding, product selection, quantities, and specifications must be approved by the customer before production begins. Once production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be possible.

All product images shown on the website are for reference purposes. Actual products, colours, packaging, materials, and branding placement may vary slightly due to customization, availability, production processes, or screen display differences.

Prices, product availability, specifications, and delivery timelines may change without prior notice. Shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable charges will be communicated in the final quotation or order confirmation.

Efflore will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the agreed timeline. However, delivery may be affected by courier delays, transportation issues, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

If an order is received damaged or incorrect, customers must inform Efflore within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs or videos of the package and products. Claims received after this period may not be accepted.

All content on this website, including the Efflore name, logo, product designs, images, catalogues, text, and marketing material, is owned by Efflore and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Efflore reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, incomplete payment, suspected misuse, or any other reasonable business requirement.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
